American Home teachers (Alex Dvorkin, Lija Mikhaylova, Andrew Mrotek, and Austin Wallace), 2 Institute language instructors, and 34 Murom students studying English participated in the project. The subject was “Cross-Cultural Communication: Russia and the USA”.
The students’ presentations considered the differences and similarities in values, communalism-individualism, friendship, women’s status, legal systems, and category of time in both cultures.
