Pen-Friend Exchange

This Project, initiated in 2007 by Tomas Holmes, a World History teacher at Roosevelt High School, Sioux Falls, (South Dakota, USA), and supported by Associate Professor E.A. Pankratova, has become an annual ongoing activity. Its main aim is to establish a friendly relationship between Russian and American students. It also adds to a better understanding of the culture, traditions, and everyday lives of people in both countries. The students conduct cross-cultural dialogue via e-mail in English.
