6 April 2016

On April 6, 2016 first year English students and two English professors (N.V. Zhilenko and Kaylin Land) from Murom Institute visited American Home in Vladimir as part of an international project.

Nine young American teachers warmly met their guests from Murom and led a tour around the classrooms of American Home. They told Murom students about their interests and hobbies, their work and life in Russia and about the particularities of the American culture and mentality.

A friendly tea party around a common table filled with treats facilitated casual discussion, joking, and gave students the opportunity to ask each other questions to better understand each other.

Our students await their new friends to return the visit in Murom and are ready to tell all about their ancient city.
